jyviko 15caa50d2a CI affected crates: no truck crates are vendored any more ...

The truck vendor/ crates went with the kernel's move to SMLib, so their
mapping and the test that selected the kernel for vendor/truck-shapeops
are gone; egui-wgpu is the one vendored crate left.
