* Settings: edit an added AI agent (#9619)

Agents you added in Preferences > AI get an Edit button between Test and
Remove. It reopens the Add agent dialog filled with the agent's name and
command, or its protocol, preset, endpoint, model and request timeout, and
Save changes the entry in place: same id, permission override and
always-allowed tools. The stored key is never read back into the dialog;
an empty key field keeps it (still only sent to HTTPS or this computer),
a new key replaces it. The control channel gets `edit_dialog`.
