Brett Lawson fcd5421b29 wire: AdvSurfaceIntersector::set_surface_caches builds missing trees (SmSurfaceCache::GetTree)
set_surface_caches now takes the kernel and the caches mutably and asks each
for its tree with SurfaceCache::get_tree, as SmSurfaceIntersector::Intersect
does (pSC->GetTree(), NER), instead of returning Unported for a cache without
tree. The m_apTrees assignment for callers that ran GetTree themselves
(DoIntersection) is bind_caches.

difftest: a build-trees mode (trees flag 2) in the intersect.adv_surface_intersector
runner, shim and ffi builds both trees with GetTree on fresh caches, compares
them node by node and runs solves over them (18 inline edge_built_tree_* cases).
The shim now sets the intersector's m_cpContext as DoIntersection does before
FindInteriorCurves; left NULL, FlushCurve made context-less curves whose
DropPoint failed, so IsPointOnCurve reported every later start point on a curve.

Regression test: crates/solidcore/tests/adv_surface_intersector_get_tree.rs.

// difftest shim for unit `intersect.adv_surface_intersector`: the SmAdvSurfaceIntersector
// members (source/SMLib/src/SmAdvSurfaceIntersector.cpp, source/SMLib/inc/SmAdvSurfaceIntersector.h)
// run on a real SmAdvSurfaceIntersector over SmPlane / SmBSplineSurface objects. A derived class
// reaches the protected state; the private state (m_dClosestValue, m_sUVS, m_apNodes,
// m_bSeperateGaussMaps) is read through member pointers obtained by explicit template
// instantiation. The decomposition trees are built by hand in SmSurfaceCache objects of the
// two surfaces (the tree construction belongs to unit surface.surface_cache_p3); the solver
// trees m_apTrees are set to them, as SmSurfaceIntersector::Intersect does. In build mode (trees
// flag 2) the trees are instead built by SmSurfaceCache::GetTree on fresh caches of the two
// surfaces (the same cache when B is A), exactly as SmSurfaceIntersector::Intersect asks for them.
// The intersector's m_cpContext is set to the program's context, as
// SmSurfaceIntersector::DoIntersection does before FindInteriorCurves (whose FlushCurve makes the
// curves in *m_cpContext; left NULL, the curves have no context and their DropPoint fails).
//
// One entry point, sc_intersect_adv_surface_intersector_run(in, n_in, out, cap, out_len). `in`
// is a program (layout in crates/solidcore-ffi/src/units/intersect_adv_surface_intersector.rs);
// every read is bounds checked here (a bad program is SC_ERR_ARG). Inputs upstream would crash
// on are not run: a tree whose leaves are not Bezier patches, a patch or head node without a
// polar box, a LocalSolve on a node that is not a patch, a point linked twice, and a
// ComputeSingularityPoint that would find more than 8 singular directions (upstream writes
// past aSingDirections[8]; the count is predicted by `sing_overflow` below, which repeats the
// upstream steps up to that point).
