DuBearte 5439bfc0b5 Expressions: a decimal comma inside plain parentheses (#9408) (#9447) ...

A comma separates arguments only directly in a function call, so plain
parentheses take a decimal comma like the rest of an expression:
`-(width-0,5)/2`. The UI no longer rewrites commas before wrapping a value
in the design unit's parentheses.
