* Sketch: Divide Curve places points at equal lengths along curves (#8969)

A new PointAlong constraint holds a point at its share of a curve's
length (measured along the exact curve), so the points follow edits.
sketch.point.divide places them on lines, arcs, circles, ellipses,
splines and conics; trim and break loosen them to point-on-curve.

* Divide Curve: exempt sketch.point.divide from kernel cases and show PointAlong glyphs

PointAlong constraints now get a glyph on their point (the midpoint icon),
light their point and curve, and hold an end against Extend like
PointOnCurve does.
