* Sketch: show center and midpoint alignment guides

Add transient per-viewport horizontal and vertical guides with a sketch preference. Related tests, native UI, WASM and supplementary Linux checks pass. Full CI remains blocked by unchanged Windows engine dead-code Clippy errors.

* Sketch: complete alignment-guide translations

* Tests: compile chosen-program mutex only on Unix
