Luke Jones 26c0c19ef7 Preserve imported part names and IGES assembly structure (#1609) ...

Build on #1426's import components and nested STEP assembly instances.
Replace placeholder solid labels with meaningful part or instance names.
Translate IGES groups and subfigure instances through the existing STEP
component path, preserving nesting and placements and sewing surfaces
within each group. Bound assembly walks and reuse work buffers.
