brett19 1b17dd7f54 Merge fixes: every crate and test target compiles on the merged tree, but for crates/geom's hlr ...

world_state, view::bounds, home_camera and scene return Result on develop; new
main code takes that with ? or session_world. New fixtures carry the spline's
nurbs. ForeignCopy::of returns Result. occurrence_placement_with walks the path
with its moves, since the placement index holds pending_moves only.

The hlr port is separate and still to come: this commit does not compile as it
stands in crates/geom/src/hlr.
