Brett Lawson 5236dfd3e2 fix: offset edges between analytic faces stay exact, opt-in (fork fddc366, 98ab1b0; #1453)
Port the SolidCraft fork's tangency-labs/smlib@fddc366 and its required
follow-up @98ab1b0 as Kernel::fixes.offset_analytic_mate_edges (WR-493).
MateEdges also intersects analytic copies of the two face surfaces (grown
only along a plane or a cylinder's or cone's rulings) and replaces each
marched piece that lies on an exact line or conic, and drops to one UV
curve on each extended surface within tolerance, by that curve.

A cylinder r5 h10 shelled 1 inward, top open, now gets exact floor and
rim circles, 6 edges and 4 vertices, and the closed-form volume (2e-15);
default stays upstream's (7 edges, 5 vertices, 3.5e-7 over), held by a
new offset.offset_executive_p2 difftest case of the issue's input.
