* claim: #9279

* Parameters: an option to hold edits until Apply or OK (#9279)

"Apply each change as you leave its field" (on by default, remembered in
the preferences as parameters_apply_live). Off: an expression edit is
checked when its field is left but waits, without a preview; Apply or OK
sets every held edit in one parameters.change {changes}, so the design
rebuilds once and one undo takes them back. Cancel, the close button and
Escape drop them. Turning the option back on applies what waits.
