bherbruck 857cb536cf ci: SolidCraft whole-corpus harness checks run nightly, not per PR ...

Owner: SolidCraft corpus checks should be nightly or optional. The two
difftest unit tests that run every SolidCraft case are #[ignore]d with a
reason, and nightly.yml runs them optimised. The per-PR debug skip for
them is dropped (they are ignored now).
