* Sketch dimensions in a colour of their own in every theme (#7861)

Dimension lines, arrows and values were drawn in the same near-black or
near-white as fully constrained sketch curves, so they were hard to tell
apart in a busy sketch. Every theme now sets its own dimension colours:
plum on Light, orchid on Dark, and a hue from each built-in theme's own
palette. Colour vision tests measure them against the curves, the
construction lines and the conflict red, and a new test holds every
shipped theme to readable, distinct dimension colours.
