* Reject newly collapsed angular reference lines (#8148)

Reject angular solutions that collapse a reference relative to its input length. Cover constrained drags and already-short references. Engine replay and full CI validation remain in progress.

* Cover live and non-live angular drags (#8148)

Adds a replay of #8148 for live and non-live drags. The integration test compiles locally, but the Windows GNU test executable exits with STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION before running tests, including with --list/--help. Kept in the draft PR pending validation on a working native runner.
