jyviko 4ea29e3070 kernel-cases: 818 counts its two cylinders' seams, as every case counts edges

A whole circle is one closed edge now, so the outer wall and the hole wall each have a seam; the
rig counts seam edges (4005, 4006), and 1c490ddd's count without them broke those cases.
