jyviko be226abee7 UI kit: the widget registry is a shared crate, ui-registry (#12936) ...

The handle, rect and count registry that UI tests, scenarios and the control channel read
moves out of scenario into solidcraft-ui-registry, the first Shared crate. The kit publishes
into it directly; scenario re-exports it, so scenarios, scripts and the rest of ui-egui are
unchanged and every handle keeps its name.
