Independent analytic W23 expected values and seven verified models,
including four R10 corners and the 2 mm tangent top chamfer.
Document accepted Drawing states and commit regenerated docs/oracle.md
from successful workflow run #29 (90/90 pass).

* fix(oracle): correct W23 chamfer centroid and clarify drawing session ownership
