The migration in #170 collapsed every run of blank lines in the 48 files it touched, including inside verbatim copies of upstream code (e.g. curve_curve_p3.cpp), so they no longer diffed cleanly against upstream. Restore exactly those 91 blank lines; nothing else changes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

// difftest shim for unit `nlib.srf_offset`.

// Wraps upstream N_SrfOffset (source/SMLib/src/NL_SrfOffset.cpp).
//
// sc_nlib_srf_offset_eval(in, n_in, out, cap, out_len): `in` holds a surface (n m p q,
// (n+1)*(m+1) control points x y z w row-major, n+p+2 u knots, m+q+2 v knots) then
// d pp qq par eps tol. `out` receives the status (0 = ok, else NL_ERROR.eno, cleared
// before the call; 1000 if the flag was set without a number), then on success the
// offset surface (n m p q r s, used control points, used knots).
//
// N_SrfOffset does not check N_CrvEvalTangent on the generator curve of a surface of
// revolution or an extrusion and then reads an unset vector. Before the call the shim
// runs N_SrfType exactly as N_SrfOffset does and returns SC_ERR_ARG when that tangent
// cannot be evaluated. The Rust wrapper validates the surface and the parameters
