* Insert design: file names get the width the size and actions leave (#8097)

The web app's "Files in this browser" window listed stored files in an egui
Grid sized from cell content: the wide action buttons took most of the fixed
window width, the name and size columns were cut, and the rest was empty.

Add ui_kit::name_list on the kit's table grid: the name column takes the
width the other columns leave, the other columns are as wide as their widest
cell (measured as drawn, a changed measurement discards the frame), and a
name is cut with an ellipsis and its full text on hover only when it does
not fit. The window is a little wider (still capped at the browser width).
