bherbruck 096409c745 intersect.adv_surface_intersector: review fixes ...

Retag the CreateParallelProjectionCurves stub in surface.surface_p7 to the
next unported callee (intersect.surface_intersector_p5 DoIntersection) and
update its file header. Add the reviewer's 398 adversarial singular-point
programs as fixtures (all bit-identical). Record the uncompared lazy
polar-box path and the FindInteriorCurves re-check in plan/findings.md.
