Brett Lawson 23f2e81839 ci: run primitives_solid and the Solids report under the difftest profile ...

Both took minutes in the unoptimised debug build of the test job. The
debug cargo test --workspace now skips the four primitives_solid tests by
exact name, and a separate step runs that test target once under
--profile difftest; the Solids report example runs under the same profile.
Its output path and the uploaded artifact are unchanged.
