Code main added since the last rebase reads the placed model, a camera or a scene
as values; on this branch they return Result. Picks and the edit dialogs read the
session's placed model through open_meshing::session_world, as the others do; the
revolve and circular-pattern axes, the model axis of a command and the warming of a
computed edit pass the error on; tests unwrap. A test meshing bodies uses
Body::mesh, the one mesher.
