Brett Lawson e5f0727ddf Add difftest coverage for the AssertValid level-0 helpers ...

C++ shims, FFI bindings and runner cases comparing the WP2 ports of #1419
against the reference: AssertNoPeriodicJump (240 cases), sm_AssertTestFace37
(424), SmVertex::CheckPointers (65), SmLoopuse::IsLoopuseSideInSurface
(159), SmEdgeuse::HasDogLegNearPole/IsEdgeuseSideInSurface (212) and
SmShell::IsInnerShellOf on box/sphere bodies with voids and islands (33).
All pass bit-identically with no deferrals.
