bherbruck 58a00f41be Sync: the repository checks know the drawings' commands and modules ...

The kernel rig's coverage check exempts the drawing and bill of materials
commands, each naming where it is tested. The mesh decisions check follows the
view line modules to mesh_lines/, and skips the two that only draw and count a
drawing's view lines.
