bherbruck e8d1222cd2 intersect.api_intersectors: the shim refuses the extrusion pairs whose generator intersection reaches the undefined branch (UB-81/UB-93 path) ...

The shim replays sm_IntersectGenerators up to its first range solution on
copies of the generators and refuses (rejected) exactly the inputs that reach
the curve-type test with SmApiIntersectSurfaces' arguments.

Local: PASS intersect.api_intersectors cases=477 passed=427 failed=0 deferred=0 rejected=50.
