Removing a design from the Start page's recent list only changed memory, and on the web sync_recents() rebuilt the list from stored designs on each launch, adding it back. Track removed designs in a persisted 'forgotten' set that sync_recents honours; opening or saving a design, or deleting/renaming its file, clears it.
