jyviko 78b765e836 Known failing tests: the action matrix's shells and chamfers as they fail with SMLib batch 7

The ring cut frame's and the up-down join's shells build now, and so do the up-down join's and
modern-plastic's chamfers (SMLib smlib-blend-refusals). #616's lid in the corpus still fails
SMLib's loop check, the shelled box shelled again at an inner wall is unchanged, and the
oblique cut of a cylinder's fillet still fails SmSurfOfRevolution's Test #7: 3 actions of 7.
