* Extrude: a profile still found after a sketch line cuts off a sliver or splits an offset curve (#9368)

A picked profile of lines, arcs and circles no longer fails when a line ending on
a circle gives it more arcs, and an analytic offset's loop that a line now cuts
falls back to its pieces (step 1 only). Free curves and free-form offsets keep
their exact meaning.
