Marcos Paulo 7a32d7bc9b Merge storytold/vectorcraft main (0.16.0) into debrand
Brings in 2651 upstream commits. Fork changes kept on top:
- Catppuccin themes now sit beside upstream's Color Scheme and Accent: a
flavour is a whole palette, so it keeps its Mauve accent under Modern and
  is the same under Classic.
- Windows packaging: the standalone CLI zip now ships upstream's shared docs
folder (README, licences, NOTICE, font OFLs).
- craft-ui and craft-print stay on the masi/craft-libs fork; the craft-libs
crates upstream added (craft-pdf, craft-docpath, craft-window) use upstream.
- Debrand re-applied to the new upstream text and catalogs. The About-box
rule is now one pattern for every language, including the nine catalogs
  upstream added.
- Translations for Theme, the Catppuccin names and the brightness error in
every catalog (hu, ko, pl and vi lacked them before this merge too).
