Marcos Paulo 9b8a8c1f15 chore: debrand ArtCraft and Discord references ...

Remove the Discord button, Help menu links and brand assets; rewrite docs,
packaging URLs and catalogs. Add .debrand rules and the craft-skills
submodule (debrand skill) to keep upstream syncs clean.
