test(settings): build the portable path with join, so Linux CI reads it

The expected path was written out as E:\Suite\ArtCraftLauncherData, which is
one file name on Linux, so the test would have failed on the ubuntu-latest job
the first time it ran. Joining the components gives the same check on both
platforms.
