Merge remote-tracking branch 'upstream/main' into cs-ui

Conflicts were only in the docs, where main recorded that German now
covers the whole interface:
- ROADMAP.md and docs/localization-parity.md: both revision-history rows
  kept; the header names German as the previous change.
- crates/ui-egui/README.md: main's sentence (all but Ukrainian and
  Russian cover the whole interface) with Czech added to the list.
