Amédée d'Aboville 9341889a3d Close device at the end of the streaming example. 
Might leak a little memory on panic cases, but this is just an example.

Amédée d'Aboville 62fc4c00b0 Impl Drop for Device wrapper, so it k4a_device_close()s the device when it goes out of scope. 
Also close the device in the streaming example.
