Michael Shimeles 1063bff011 fix: point the app and site at the renamed sketch repo ...

The GitHub repo is now michaelshimeles/sketch. The update feed in
Info.plist, the appcast links the release script writes, the updater's
fallback release page and the site's repo links all still used
michaelshimeles/paper-rs. They only worked through GitHub's rename
redirect, which stops if a repo named paper-rs ever exists under the
account again. A copy whose feed URL breaks never gets another update.

AGENTS.md no longer says the GitHub repo kept the old name.
