Nginx module source (#35)

* working module

* metrics work

* Add dynamic targets

* dashboards and rules

* readme and outputs

* updating readme

* Update scrape config

- Drop unused go metrics
- Drop empty labels
- Add host, container and namespace labels

* Update tags and query labels
