Expected: annotate {frame, tidy:true} places every note card off the screen, beside its target, as the annotation docs ask.
Actual: on a 390px-wide mobile artboard with 4 notes (anchors left, right, bottom), two cards (anchors right and bottom) are drawn partly or fully on top of the screen. A page-wide tidy, then a frame tidy, returns {tidied: 0}, so it treats the layout as correct.
Repro: create_artboard 390×944; write_html with 4 child frames stacked vertically; annotate 4 notes on them (one right-anchored mid-height, one bottom-anchored near the bottom, two left); annotate {frame: , tidy: true}; get_screenshot {annotations: true}.
Workaround: none. No tool sets a note's position directly (update_annotation only changes text and type).
Impact: on mobile screens, notes hide the UI they describe. Agents can't fix this without a position argument.
