Context: PaperCraft build of 2026-10-17.
Expected: min-height (and max-height) are honoured; the html guide says min/max sizes are "accepted".
Actual: ignoredStyles contains minHeight; the frame keeps its content height.
Repro: write_html with <div style="min-height:44px;display:flex;align-items:center">Tap target</div>.
Workaround: add padding so the content height adds up to the target (44 px touch targets).
Impact: touch-target sizing and equal-height rows need manual arithmetic.
