Context: PaperCraft build of 2026-10-17.
Expected: text-decoration:underline; text-decoration-color:var(--warning) underlines in the given colour (needed for lint/spelling squiggle mock-ups).
Actual: the underline is drawn in the text colour and ignoredStyles lists textDecorationColor. wavy style is not available either.
Repro: <span style="text-decoration:underline;text-decoration-color:#f9e2af">word</span>.
Workaround: none; severity colours cannot be shown on underlines.
Impact: editor lint designs cannot show error vs warning underlines.
