Marcos Paulo 2298ab659e fix(release): put the portable zip's files at its top level ...

Compress-Archive given a folder stores the folder itself, so the
unpacked update had papercraft.exe one level down and the updater
(0.10.0 included) refused it as "the update does not contain the app".
