chore: debrand ArtCraft and Discord references

Remove the Discord button, Help menu links, home-screen community card, About logos and brand assets; rewrite docs, packaging URLs and catalogs. Add .debrand rules and the craft-skills submodule (debrand skill) to keep upstream syncs clean. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
