release: solidcore 1.0.1 (tracks usd-brep v1.0.1)

Bumps the solidcore crate from 0.0.1 to 1.0.1, matching the upstream SMLib
release it is ported from and difftested against. Updates the crate
description and README status. Publishing happens when the tag
solidcore-v1.0.1 is pushed (release.yml).

**Status: experimental (0.0.x).** The planned kernel modules have Rust ports, and
primitive construction is exercised end to end. Integration remains in progress:
partial units, deferred paths and known mismatches still limit coverage, and the API
will change. A unit is green only after differential testing against the C++ original
confirms identical topology and values within 1e-9 relative, with any per-key absolute
floors documented in its report.
**Status: 1.0.1.** The version tracks the upstream release it is ported from and
tested against, usd-brep v1.0.1. All of SMLib is ported:
- primitives, booleans, fillets and chamfers, offsets and shells, sweeps, healing, and
mass properties;
- a unit is green only after differential testing against the C++ original confirms
identical topology and values within 1e-9 relative, with any per-key absolute floors
documented in its report.
The public API mirrors SMLib's and may still change between minor versions while
integrations settle.
