Nyagami d9bbae444a refactor: Remove Text Reader (#538) 
* auto scroll using saved position.
not using currentScroll cause it maybe baka sometimes

* merge 2 navigate chapter function

* merge text and web scroll. enable scrollToTop for web

* seekbar display better after sliding

* minor fix

* trying to remove wvUseNewSwipes var

* Starting remove TextView.
Firstly, always use WebView

* remove useWebViewForChapter var

* remove TextView related thing

* scroll to save position when layout on

* always scroll with mooth mode

* no need scrollview

* move volume scroll effect

* complete the removal

* Better logic for volumeButton.
change state name

* also rename showsipemargins state

* drawerSwipe doesnt support webview.
So maybe re-implement if it supports one day

* update logic for autoScroll

* wrap useCallback for saveProgress

* only position state is enough

* remove reset progree in mark as read action

* mini fix for volumebutton. rename state variables

* fix bug on volumeButton.
