Marcin Majewski df851bf9d1 Webview improvements (#283) 
* feat(webview): Added few webview improvements

Added buttons from TextReader on the bottom of the chapter (Closes #250)
Added webview seekbar (Closes #218)
Switched the handling of the navigation bar visibility to WebView. This might solve the issue from #229 because WebView is a bit more strict in what it interprets as "click/tap"
Migrating WebViewReader.js to TypeScript

* fix(webview): Removed unnecesarry console.logs

* feat(wv-autoscroll): WebView AutoScroll

* feat(wv-swipes): WebView new swipe detection

Added webview internal swipe detection instead of the react-native one
Hopefully making the detection a bit better (effects unknown yet)
This option can be turned on/off in the settings

* fix(wv-scrollbar): Added option to switch vertical

You can now switch vertical/horizontal scrollbar setting in reader screen options
