Evaluation and placement never read appearances, yet an appearance edit
re-evaluated the model and placed every occurrence again. A whole-document
proof that only appearances changed now takes the existing render-only refresh,
which keeps the model and retargets the world-placement cache.

Select curves and points in a sketch and press G (or Transform in the Modify panel or the
context menu): the picks get a box with a handle at each corner to scale (the opposite corner
stays), the box to move and a knob above it to turn (Shift snaps to 15 degrees). Position,
Width, Height, Scale and Angle in the window are the same values, to type exactly; OK applies
it as one step.

Each command that names a body (appearance, material, move, ...) mapped it to
its component's own name by working out every placed body's world name and
frame, so a command on a large assembly cost a walk of the whole design. The
list is now kept with the world-placement cache while it is current.

Naming a placed body scanned every occurrence and body of the design, so the
world state and every caller naming all placed bodies grew with bodies times
design size. WorldNames indexes the design once and names each body in time
proportional to its occurrence path; one naming routine serves both it and the
single-body scan. Names are unchanged (a test compares them with the scanning
implementation).
