Amédée d'Aboville 62fc4c00b0 Impl Drop for Device wrapper, so it k4a_device_close()s the device when it goes out of scope. 
Also close the device in the streaming example.

Amédée d'Aboville 784fb688ed Split vendor/include into windows and linux versions, because the headers are slightly different. The issue I noticed is 
k4a_export.h uses decltype on windows, and something else on linux. For this reason I just took the k4a/*.h from
/usr/local/include and added them here.
